We designed the 2.0 AS functional strength trainer to give you a variety of ways to experience a total body workout – more than 70 exercises and over 200 variations, in fact. The fully adjustable seat and seat back are also removable, so you can do floor exercises or accommodate a fitness ball into your workout.

The 2.0 AS is built to last. The frame features heavy-gauge steel tubing in a stable design, the cast-iron stack plates resist chipping and warping, and the nylon-infused cables won't kink, fray or crack over time.
